Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to work from the comfort of their own home, providing inbound customer support to our clients in both French and English. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving basic technical issues, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to products and services such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services, including familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Offer additional products and services to customers as needed
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

  • The ability to speak fluent French and English
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
