Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Support Specialist to join our client support team. As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our clients to address how-to questions, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on our platform. You'll be a key player in delivering a "human-first" experience that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to respond to how-to questions and resolve issues on our platform
  • Deliver a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and our proprietary tools
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products, both from a technical and client use-case perspective
  • Proactively seek opportunities to help clients maximize their value from our platform, identifying better ways to work smarter and delight clients
  • Partner with leadership to increase organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to drive client value higher
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to increase client engagement and drive long-term retention

What We Look for in a Candidate

We're looking for individuals who embody our company values and possess the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role. Here are the essential qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience providing SaaS client support to businesses with a proven track record of impacting client success
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple online software or SaaS products, or IT experience
  • Experience building best practices focused on support quality and efficiencies, potentially as an Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Leader
  • Ability to work independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on high-impact tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
  • Experience working with multiple support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio)
