We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineering Transportation Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our Transportation department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our logistics operations to drive efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical support to the Blithequark Transportation Fleet, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with managers to define and prioritize enterprise needs, developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
• Integrate multiple data sources across various database platforms to inform business decisions and drive insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reports to track transportation metrics and performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with advanced skills in data analysis and spreadsheet management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Microsoft Access or other database management systems.
• Typing and 10-key skills are highly desirable.
• Experience with transportation logistics and operations is a plus.
