The Role
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Providing support to service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy
- Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical assistance to customers and service providers
