Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class service to our passengers, addressing their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting passengers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and general inquiries.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Educating customers on blithequark's products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
