What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management as needed
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers through an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

What We're Looking For

We're seeking confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • Excellent customer service attitude and a strong desire to make a positive impact on our customers
  • The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
  • A friendly, confident, and self-starting personality that shines through in all interactions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
  • A strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While we're open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, we're particularly interested in those with:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
