Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional RTL Design Engineer to join our mixed-signal silicon design team. As an RTL Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, verifying, and bringing up sophisticated mixed-signal circuits with embedded micro-controllers, advanced DFT architectures, and very low power design requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from RTL coding and design verification to lab bring-up and testing. Key Responsibilities

• Design and micro-architect digital blocks within sophisticated mixed-signal circuits with embedded micro-controllers, advanced DFT architectures, and very low power design requirements
• Perform RTL coding of blocks specified by you or others, and participate in design verification and bring-up of such blocks
• Write RTL assertions, debug code, and interact with the design verification team to ensure the quality and reliability of our designs
• Support and validate various front-end methodology flows, including pre-silicon power analysis, clock domain crossing, reset domain crossing, and unified power flow (UPF)
• Participate in lab bring-up of circuits, including writing test scripts, analyzing lab data, and proposing experiments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and smooth project execution

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science)
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in RTL design, digital design, or a related field
• Solid understanding of mixed-signal concepts, RTL design, Verilog, and SystemVerilog
• Good fundamental knowledge of front-end tools and methodologies (e.g., Verilog simulators, linters, clock-domain crossing, reset domain crossing, unified power flow)

Preferred Qualifications

• Validated knowledge of synthesis, static timing, DFT, and design verification techniques
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of SystemVerilog assertions, checkers, and other design verification techniques
