About the Role

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist for blithequark's Body Repair Program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless interactions between our customers, body shops, and internal teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the Authorized Collision Program, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Scheduling Maintenance: Effectively manage and maintain scheduling processes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and Body Shops: Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Vehicle Arrival Preparation: Coordinate and prepare vehicles for arrival, ensuring all necessary steps are taken.
  • WARP and CCC Management Arrival: Oversee the management of WARP and CCC arrival processes, adhering to established protocols.
  • Customer Communication and Expectation Management: Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to customers, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Rental Coordination and Handoff: Arrange rental vehicles as needed and facilitate smooth handoffs to customers.
  • Vehicle Reputation Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Material and Component Reordering: Manage the reordering process for materials and components, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Repair Overview and Delivery: Conduct thorough reviews of repairs and coordinate delivery, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • The capacity to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders, including the public.
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred, showcasing your proficiency in essential software applications.
  • A willingness to train others, highlighting your leadership and mentoring capabilities.
