Job Overview

As a Live Chat Customer Support Assistant at blithequark, you'll work as a text chat operator, responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns with ease. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants with little to no prior experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Handle various customer support queries, including questions about shipping rates, return policies, and inventory.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your chat queue and prioritize customer requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Log in and out of the chat system at the start and end of your shift, with flexible scheduling options.
  • Receive daily pay for your work, with a competitive hourly rate of $35.

Requirements and Qualifications
