As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, your primary responsibilities will include: * Transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards * Verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents * Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities * Answering queries within the EDC system in a timely manner * Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERA's established standards * Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERA's database * Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High School Diploma * High attention to detail * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Flexible during the company's growth stage * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members Desired Skills & Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * 1-2 years of experience in data entry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office * Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.) Work Environment & Culture As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time at blithequark, you will enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment that values work-life balance and employee well-being.
