About the Role

As our Senior IAM Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security posture of our organization by developing and implementing comprehensive identity and access management solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in designing secure architectures for multi-cloud systems and workloads, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of best security practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust identity and access management solutions, encompassing lifecycle management, access management (SSO, SAML, OIDC), identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Plan, design, and implement security architectures for multi-cloud systems and workloads, ensuring risk-free and compliant solutions.
• Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements to inform the design of security architectures, including compliance with major industry standards.
• Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, infrastructure, development, database, and security operations, to ensure cohesive system design and implementation.
• Develop and maintain corporate security standards across multiple cloud platforms, working closely with C-level management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Design and implement security and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize risk.
• Report to C-level management and security directors, providing expert guidance and insights on security matters.
• Estimate and build project plans, organizing the work of security engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A direct security-focused education (Bachelor's degree or higher) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in developing Identity and Access Management Solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a security architect within Identity Access Management or Privileged Access Management.
• Specific skills in at least 2 of the following products: Okta, Auth0, Sailpoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Saviynt, and/or Forgerock.
• A proven track record of successfully executing Cloud security projects.
• Experience working with DevOps teams and configuring security controls and policies (NIST SP 800-53).
• Hands-on proficiency in implementing security service-oriented projects and Enterprise Security programs.
• Experience with compliance standards in at least one business domain, with a proven record of building compliant architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:

• Security consulting experience in multiple business domains.
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms and containerization/microservices.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (S-SDLC) practices.
