Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of emails, phone calls, and live chats. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner, addressing questions and issues related to their orders.

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls daily, providing accurate and helpful information to customers about their orders, tracking, and any other concerns.
  • Utilize live chat to resolve customer issues and provide support in real-time.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements

* High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
  • Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
