Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. As an Operations Technician, you will play a critical role in the preparation of intermediate components, downstream processing, and ensuring the highest quality of our products. You will work in a clean, aseptic environment and be responsible for operating fermentation vessels, preparing media, and performing necessary cleaning and disinfecting of equipment and laboratories. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare media, operate fermentation vessels, and perform necessary cleaning and disinfecting of equipment and laboratories
• Work in a clean, aseptic environment (cleanroom environment) and follow written SOPs and Outlines of Production
• Comprehend and comply with cGMP guidelines and complete and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and ensure the highest quality of products
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Working knowledge of cGMP and aseptic technique
• Experience with fermentation and fermentation vessels
• 2+ years of manufacturing work experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
