Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialists to work from home on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
  • Quality Control: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and management via phone, email, and instant messaging.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Age: 16 years of age or older.
  • Residency: Must be a resident of the United States.
  • Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, with high accuracy.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Internet Connection: Stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Language Skills: Basic English written and spoken language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, or administrative roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
