Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Enterprise Data Strategy professional to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies through strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk management excellence
• Support the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle through dependent and risk-based total principles
• Analyze existing and new data assets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions and address business needs
• Review and monitor data quality, coverage, and freshness
• Analyze existing data to develop metrics that provide robust controls and insights
• Collaborate with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance existing data exchange processes
• Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
• Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to blithequark's Third Party Lifecycle Management program

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
• Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners
• Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
• Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiar with big data and cloud environments
• Experience in a financial services company in a data or strategy role
• Knowledge of Credit Risk and or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
• Master's Degree or higher required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments

• Experience in a remote data entry role or a similar position
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
