blithequark is seeking an experienced Outreach Operations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our Outreach Operations team, you will play a critical role in mitigating harm through incident management of sensitive creator escalations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address creator and customer-centric issues that may be driving potential risk. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert to cross-functional partners on product/policy changes and own difficult conversations with internal partners to help and counsel in complex creator escalations.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader Operations endeavors.
  • Identify workflow gaps to improve creator escalations that guarantee full de-escalation sooner rather than later.
  • Work as an Incident Manager on select weekends to own escalations needing immediate help.
  • Own sensitive, high-result escalations by thoroughly investigating creator/buyer issues and developing tailored communication strategies via email, social, and phone that mitigate security and brand risks to blithequark.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable viable experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a specialized project management or client-facing role.
  • 4 years of experience working with incident response management, risk moderation, or customer service.
  • 4 years of experience with escalation management, executive communications, incident directing, and making time-critical decisions with incomplete information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to impart analytical discoveries and techniques to technical staff, executive administration, legal guidance, and internal and external clients.
  • Ability to advocate for creator solutions that safeguard the blithequark ecosystem and its employees.
  • Ability to work in and stay aware of a fast-paced environment via effective prioritization and using time productively.
  • Ability to act as a functioning incident manager on standby rotations, over weekends, and adapt to rapidly changing needs in the blithequark ecosystem.
  • Excellent technical acumen and ability to absorb new information rapidly.
  • Outstanding time and project management skills, and ability to adapt multiple tasks and priorities.

  • A competitive salary range of $106,000-$156,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
