Key Qualifications ----------------- To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, although this is not a requirement
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize information and provide solutions
  • Experience with personal computers and a typical functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications ---------------------- While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and other productivity software
  • Strong time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
