We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Business Analyst who will play a key role in the company’s strategic decisions. We expect this team member to transform data into actionable strategic recommendations that drive sustainable business growth.

In this role, you´ll:

• Collect, analyze, and organize data from different sources, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and reliable to support decision-making.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs, dashboards, and management reports using Power BI, Tableau, and equivalent tools.
• Conduct competitive market analyses: competitor benchmarking, pricing, product trends, and customer behavior.
• Research market opportunities, such as new features, segments, and growth channels.
• Clearly document business needs, process flows, and objectives for each deliverable.
• Define practical examples and success criteria for completed work.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure efficient solutions, translating business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data collection processes.
• Participate in backlog prioritization, release planning, and effort estimation.
• Lead or support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Test ideas and strategies, evaluating results to confirm their effectiveness.
• Support the creation and implementation of new solutions based on insights and learnings.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid experience navigating and managing PowerBI dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Solid knowledge of competitive analysis, market research, and business case development.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, able to present insights clearly and impactfully to business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactivity, autonomy, prioritization skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Bonus points if you also have

• Solid experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
