About the Role

This isn't your typical customer care position. As an Associate Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll be empowered to own each call from start to finish, focusing on finding the right solutions and providing a superior experience without relying on scripts. You'll work with callers from diverse backgrounds, navigating multiple systems while engaging them with clear, concise language to gather relevant information and present potentially complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with callers to accurately assess their situations and provide personalized solutions.
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to gather information and resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly and positively with callers, ensuring they feel heard and understood.
• Focus on quality and first-call resolution, minimizing processing time and after-call work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing suggestions, identifying trends, and enhancing shared documentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team and management to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred.
• Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience; this background is valuable but not mandatory.
• Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution.
• The ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
• A reliable, secure work area with high-speed internet for remote work.
