Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk to join our team, focusing on eligibility records resolution and adjudication. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving issues, monitoring records, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to eligibility records, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions and departments
  • Identify and correct errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems
  • Monitor and track records, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to clear up problems, ensuring seamless operations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers, providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, records analysis, or a related field
  • Proven experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional experience in data analysis, records management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
