What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently
  • Consulting on products and services with compassion, ensuring customers receive the support they need
  • Utilizing your product or service knowledge to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback

What You Bring to the Role: Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (additional languages such as Korean, Cambodian, Armenian, or Mandarin are a plus)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a related field
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support

Preferred Qualifications: Standing Out from the Crowd

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as ticketing systems and live chat platforms
  • Experience with product or service knowledge, and the ability to apply and explain it to customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
