Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately update client information in Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Respond to customer texts via our customized texting platform, providing timely and professional support.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Log in, complete available tasks, and log out, with periodic sign-ins to clear out tasks during the designated time span.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will need:

  • A professional proficiency in Microsoft Word software.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills, with attention to detail.
  • A proper typing pace, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Notable listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries.
  • 15 hours per week of availability, with flexibility to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry or customer support.
