As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in delivering on our promise and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely and professional manner, establishing customer rapport and encouraging repeat business.
  • Dispatch and Schedule Technicians: Evaluate customer inquiries and assign the best technician to each service appointment, ensuring proficient and quality customer experiences.
  • Communicate with Technicians and Customers: Relay accurate information to technicians and update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
  • Manage Technician Schedules and Whereabouts: Track the location and needs of every technician in the field, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Record and Track Customer Interactions: Record the results of each service call, maintain lead tracking and call logs, and track warranty issues.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote Blithequark's products and services.
  • Submit Required Forms and Reports: Submit all necessary forms, including Tesla forms, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up on leads and unsold work from technicians, solicit customer feedback, and schedule project inspections.
  • Maintain Customer Database and Schedule: Update and maintain the customer database and schedule, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Communicate with Managers and Inspectors: Alert managers to significant customer issues and communicate with inspectors and homeowners as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven Customer Service Experience: A proven track record in customer service, with a strong ability to build trust and defuse conflict.
  • IT Competence: Proficiency with phone systems, typing, and computer applications.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and managers.
  • Motivation and Flexibility: Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dispatching Experience: 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in a similar industry.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: $17.00 - $20.37 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Part-time and Full-time Opportunities: Part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
  • Flexible Scheduling: 16-24 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and no weekends.
  • Remote Work Opportunity: Work from home or a remote location, with occasional meetings in the Marlborough/Hudson area.
