About the Role

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and promotions, staying current on the latest developments and offerings.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
