Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Developer for the ServiceNow platform, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet business needs. The role involves advanced customization, integration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment while providing technical leadership to junior developers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automations.
  • Perform advanced customization of the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and technologies.
  • Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Provide support for ServiceNow requests, incidents, changes and problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor ServiceNow performance and identify areas for optimization.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration methods.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimizing ITIL aligned processes to enhance service management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow Administration and New Application Implementation.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
  • Desired Experience in ITOM and ITAM (HAM and SAM).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Security and Access Control (ACLs / Roles).
  • Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
