Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and drive results
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction
