Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective assistance to their inquiries. You will be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Provide information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet and professional workspace
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
