Position Overview: Our team consists of associates who are passionate about ensuring their customers’ shopping journey is smooth and enjoyable. Delivering this involves being always ready to assist customers, possessing a deep understanding of our products, maintaining high standards of our brand and operations, and skilfully prioritising tasks. To keep the learning process ongoing, our associates collaborate across all departments, adding vibrancy to the store environment.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming customers and actively enhancing their shopping experiences - Engaging with customers sincerely, sharing your passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment towards their sport or activity - Upholding organisational product display standards for leading sports brands - Marketing company initiatives such as warranty sales, customer loyalty programmes, seasonal promotions, etc. - Creating an inclusive store environment in which everyone - both associates and customers - feels valued, safe, and treated with respect - Undertaking additional tasks during busy hours to support the team and the store

Required Skills & Experience
- 16 years old or above - Previous experience in retail sales, cash-handling or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory - Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items (between 15 to 35 lbs.) occasionally. - Stamina to stand or walk for prolonged durations (up to 4 hours) - Ability to engage in repetitive tasks for short periods continuously (up to 2 hours).
