About the Role: Customer Service Representative - CT

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in Ft Worth, Texas. As the face of blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support across a range of inquiries and transactions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between our company and its customers, driving satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.

Primary Objective

To deliver high-level service and support to our customers, ensuring effective and efficient coordination that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. You'll be responsible for processing sales orders and resolving customer issues related to products or services in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts through order entry, inquiries, product information, order status updates, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management within a call center environment.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls using Automated Call Distribution (ACD), providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and resolve order issues from entry to delivery.
  • Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on customer account management preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and use time effectively.
  • Moderate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
