Job Summary

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in managing our online presence and interacting with our customers through various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor blithequark's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Create engaging and relevant content to promote blithequark's products and brand
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and drive sales
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
  • Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements

* Proven experience in social media management and customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the electric vehicle or clean energy industry

  • Knowledge of Tesla's products and services
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience with content creation and editing

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
