Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our remote customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and developing strong relationships with customers.   • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
