Since 2018, we’ve successfully closed over 500 transactions by flipping and assigning properties directly from motivated sellers, no need for brokers or agent licenses. We exclusively work with inbound leads from paid PPC ads, no cold calling or outreach required. Position Overview We’re looking for a full-time Acquisitions Closer to join our dynamic and driven team. In this remote position, you will manage inbound leads, close deals over the phone, and help homeowners while building your income and skill set. • Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Flexibility required for occasional evening/weekend calls

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Inbound Leads: Convert warm, qualified leads into successful deals
• Build Seller Trust: Identify true seller needs and craft personalized solutions
• Close Deals: Make competitive offers and finalize contracts
• Keep CRM Updated: Maintain daily follow-ups and updates in Podio
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with transaction and disposition teams to complete the deal process

Required Experience

• Real Estate Experience: 1+ year in acquisitions, wholesaling, or flipping
• Sales Experience: 1–2 years of phone, Zoom, or high-ticket sales
• Background: Former athletes, military, or high-pressure professionals are encouraged to apply
• Clear Communication: Comfortable and confident with CRM systems (Podio experience a plus)

Compensation

Structure First 90 Days: $2,000/month Draw + Commission

• $2,000/month draw (advance against future commissions)
• Commission: 11%–15% of closed deal revenue
• Expected Earnings: $8,250 – $15,000+ per month (including the draw during first 90 days)

After 90 Days: Commission Only

• Commission: 11%–15% of closed deal revenue
• Expected Earnings: $8,250 – $15,000+ per month (uncapped)
