Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: You will provide exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Providing Information on Prescription Insurance: You will educate members on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits.
  • Receiving Necessary Training: You will receive comprehensive training to handle client and member inquiries, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
  • Offering Solutions to Simplify Members' Healthcare Experience: You will work closely with members to identify solutions that simplify their healthcare experience, providing a positive and productive outcome.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • 1 Year of Experience Interacting with Customers: You should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with customers.
  • Computer Proficiency in Windows-based Applications: You should be proficient in using Windows-based applications, with a strong understanding of computer software and hardware.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, but we're open to considering candidates with relevant work experience.
  • Ability to Problem Solve in a Positive, Productive Manner: You should be able to think critically and solve problems in a positive, productive manner, with a focus on finding solutions that benefit our members.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: You should possess strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

How to Stand Out

If you have:

  • At Least 6 Months of Healthcare Experience: You should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, with at least 6 months of experience working in a healthcare-related role.
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience: An associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but we're open to considering candidates with relevant work experience.
  • Comfortable Relating to Customers in a Patient, Helpful Way: You should be able to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
  • Reliability and Compliance with Scheduling Standards: You should be reliable and compliant with scheduling standards, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
