Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The majority of your calls will involve discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions. You will also assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide premium customer service and support to customers via telephone, chat, email, and social media
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Discuss logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions with customers
  • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word to manage customer interactions and documentation

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in which you helped answer customer questions and resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word
  • Ability to navigate the computer while on the phone with customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with logistics and shipping operations
  • Knowledge of product information and warranty procedures

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • $16.50 per hour
  • 3-month contract with the chance for extension based on demand and performance
  • 100% remote work arrangement (available only in CO, TX, & AZ)
  • Equipment provided
  • Open availability for any 40-hour shift within the hours of operation (Mon-Sun 7am-6pm MST)
