The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will be the front face of our company, representing blithequark's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone support

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English (speech and writing)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design and products
  • Sales acumen and ability to upsell/cross-sell products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
