The Role

As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you will be part of our elite team of Chat Assassins, working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to work with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)

• Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
• Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
• Close sales and meet performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
• Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)

Qualifications and Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• No previous experience is required, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills

What We Offer

* A competitive fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Training Stage: $150-$300
• After completing training, your earnings will depend on Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows:

+ Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month

• No limit on commissions
