About the Role: Inbound Customer Service Representative

In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As an inbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, reassurance, and support to pet owners who are searching for their missing pets. Your passion for delivering outstanding customer service, combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reassure and support callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Serve as the frontline team member, helping to reunite pets with their pet parents and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Manage inbound calls, adhering to daily schedules and performance goals, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A quiet, designated work area at home, if working remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire, as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our team members and customers.
