Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone calls to address their concerns and resolve issues related to package delivery.
  • Research and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth package delivery, documenting the delivery flow in our tracking system.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve or escalate issues as necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel as a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, demonstrating strong technical skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and express empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills, with a typing speed of 30 wpm (including 10 key).
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, ensuring seamless remote work.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check, demonstrating a commitment to security and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the logistics or delivery industry.
