Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner

Compensation and Benefits

  • 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
  • Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer
