Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls and providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our clients
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-related information for customer accounts
  • Ensuring quality customer service and customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication
  • Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries with precision and care
  • Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues and providing high-quality customer service
  • Taking customer orders and providing exceptional customer service
  • Making outgoing customer service calls to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
  • Resolving any customer service issues that may arise
  • Providing exceptional customer support and handling customer inquiries with a smile

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
