Key Responsibilities

• Engage with veterinary professionals to support their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the Vetcove platform.
• Provide exceptional customer support through live chats, phone calls, emails, and internal discussion boards.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement platform improvements.
• Participate in platform demos to showcase features and best practices to users.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform and its applications.
• Contribute to the development of support materials and resources.

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll need:

• 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience.
• A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
