Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, greet, and assist all members, visitors, and students entering the facility, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Open and close the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for all facility users, contributing to the overall aesthetic and ambiance of the center.
  • Operate a cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school education or equivalent, and be willing to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook is also required, as well as the ability to run a cash register and work independently. While no prior experience is necessary, a strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional support is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of customer service and/or general office experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and care to clients or customers.
  • Knowledge of recreational sports, with a passion for health and wellness, and a desire to contribute to the well-being of our community.
