Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers via chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns

• Understand and apply blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, particularly those with less than perfect credit
• Achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys and provide feedback to improve service quality
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Training and Development

* Receive extensive paid training, up to 3 weeks in length, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-$18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Bilingual skills a plus, with a 10% differential for English/Spanish proficiency
