Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Online Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing a deep understanding of blithequark products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing the blithequark brand to customers
  • Utilizing CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress on customer inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
