Position Overview

As a Virtual Scribe, you will play a critical role in our organization, working closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to create accurate and comprehensive medical reports. Key Responsibilities

* Transcribe and document patient visits, using AI-powered tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency

• Review and edit medical reports for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to clarify any discrepancies or concerns
• Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology advancements
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of recent experience in medical transcription or scribing

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and medical documentation software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical specialties, including orthopedics, family medicine, internal medicine, and cardiology
