What You'll Do as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, order status updates, and website guidance
  • Handling payment matters, returns, and exchanges
  • Utilizing various tools and resources to research and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
