Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, contributing to the growth and success of both our clients and our own company. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating orientations.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes, such as preparing employment contracts, processing benefits, and managing employee inquiries.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organize relevant workshops or training sessions.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, updating internal procedures as needed.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • HR Experience: Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles, preferably within diverse industries.
  • HR Knowledge: A strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
