Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a work-from-home position in customer service and support. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
  • Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
  • Providing support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment (beneficial)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (essential)
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks
  • Experience with cash handling (a plus)
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
  • A valid Windows computer or laptop for work purposes
  • A reliable internet connection
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
