What You'll Do Every Day

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including answering their questions, resolving their issues, and offering personalized recommendations
  • Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
  • Following all rules and regulations related to our services and practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
