Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting our legal operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our firm's database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, using your attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and correct errors.
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Assisting with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team, using your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create accurate and informative reports.
  • Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, working closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, using your organizational and time management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Supporting the administrative team with additional tasks as needed, using your flexibility and adaptability to assist with a wide range of tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to create accurate and informative reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with our team and communicate complex information to clients and colleagues.

  • Certification in data management or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
  • Experience with data analysis software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as Microsoft Access or SQL.
